- For the twenty metro areas with specific data on at least three hundred surveyed households: Phoenix-Mesa-Scottsdale, Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim, San Diego-Carlsbad, Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario, San Francisco-Oakland-Hayward, Denver-Aurora-Lakewood, Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater, Miami-Ft.
